I had a very bad experience with customer service. My return request was confirmed, but there was no update for almost 2 weeks. I contacted them multiple times on Instagram and WhatsApp, but responses were very slow and unclear. The delay and lack of communication caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope the company improves their customer support and response time in the future.
