ريسبردال محلول فموي يحتوي على المادة الفعّالة ريسبريدون، وهو من الأدوية المضادة للذهان غير التقليدية المُستخدَمة لعلاج اضطرابات نفسية وعصبية متنوعة. يساعد هذا الدواء على ضبط نشاط الدماغ من خلال تنظيم تأثير المواد الكيميائية العصبية مثل الدوبامين والسيروتونين، ما يقلل من الهلاوس، الأوهام، نوبات الهوس، التقلبات المزاجية، والسلوك العدواني أو الاندفاعي.

طريقة الاستخدام

• يؤخذ عن طريق الفم حسب الجرعة التي يحددها الطبيب، وغالبًا يوميًا بنفس التوقيت.
• يُحسب حجم الجرعة باستخدام الأداة المرفقة مع الدواء لضمان الدقة.
• لا توقف العلاج فجأة بدون استشارة الطبيب.

التحذيرات والاحتياطات

• لا يستخدم إذا كان لديك حساسية من ريسبريدون أو مكوناته.
• يُستخدم بحذر في حالات أمراض القلب، ضغط الدم، السكري، أمراض الكبد أو الكلى، أو في حالات كبار السن.
• قد يتأثر تنظيم الحرارة لدى بعض الأشخاص — يُنصح بتجنّب الجفاف أو الحرارة الشديدة وشرب كميات كافية من الماء.
• يجب متابعة الحالة مع الطبيب بشكل دوري أثناء الاستخدام.

الآثار الجانبية المحتملة

قد تشمل: صداع، دوار، نعاس أو تعب، جفاف الفم، إمساك أو اضطراب في المعدة، زيادة الشهية أو الوزن، تغيّر في ضغط الدم، ارتعاش خفيف أو تشنج عضلي، تغيّرات مزاجية، وفي بعض الحالات قد تظهر ردود فعل أكثر جدية تستدعي مراجعة الطبيب.

Risperdal oral solution contains Risperidone, an atypical antipsychotic medication used to treat various psychiatric and neurological disorders. It helps regulate brain chemistry by moderating the effects of neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin, which can help reduce hallucinations, delusions, mood swings, manic episodes, and aggressive or impulsive behaviors.

Indications

• Treatment of schizophrenia and related psychotic symptoms (hallucinations, delusions, disordered thinking).
• Management of severe mood disorders, including mania and mood instability.
• Addressing aggressive or disruptive behaviors in adults or children, when prescribed by a physician.

How to Use

• Administer orally in the dose prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily at the same time each day.
• Use the measuring device provided with the product to ensure accurate dosage.
• Do not discontinue medication abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Precautions & Warnings

• Do not use if you are allergic to risperidone or any of its components.
• Use with caution if you have heart conditions, blood pressure issues, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, or if you are elderly.

Possible Side Effects

Common: headache, dizziness, drowsiness or fatigue, dry mouth, constipation or digestive upset, increased appetite or weight gain, blood pressure changes, mild tremors or muscle stiffness, mood changes.
